Managing student interactions (Two day program) This two day seminar is for teachers who wish to become highly skilled for occasions when students question, challenge, refuse, deny, blame others and avoid work. Jenny Mackay, author of Coat of Many Pockets, will explore; settling students down and getting their attention, confronting difficult and challenging students, having effective consequences that change behaviour and getting students on-side. This two day program will be held on Thursday 19th August and Monday 30th August
