Description:
CRTs may be involved in challenging conversations with members of a school leadership team or with colleagues in a school. This may arise from unclear expectations or lack of information about a student or scenario or a misunderstanding. Whatever the situation it is important that you have the skills to move the conversation into a positive exchange. In this session the presenter will work through a framework to assist you in managing those difficult conversations.
