Top 10 - The contribution that CRTs make in schools
Description:
Some research suggests that every child in Australia will be taught by a Casual Relief Teacher for the equivalent of one full year as they move from F-12. Rather than this being a problem, this should be celebrated as a positive for the student experience. The aim of this session will be to hold a discussion focused on the contributions that CRTs make to a school community. The end result will be a Top Ten manifesto of the positive impact of CRTs on the education of children in schools. This is a discussion and you need to be prepared to turn on your microphone and camera to contribute. If you are not comfortable doing that - then this may not be the PD session for you. The session will NOT be recorded for the on-demand library.
